Saltlick Smokehouse 282 James St. N. Specializing in cured, smoked meats and Bourbon! Fully licensed. Exceptional catering and private dining available for groups of 20+

All our meats are prepared in house daily, seasoned with our 2 stage house blended rubs and Smoked in house with all natural charcoal and the finest local woods.

Please note, our menu changes daily but there will always be smoked pulled pork, back ribs, brisket & southern fried drumsticks.

At dinner we become a family-style sharing restaurant. As a table you agree on which meats and which sides you would like to share together.

The kitchen knows how many people are sitting at your table and scales the portions accordingly. We serve till we sell out or 9pm whichever comes first!
