As you may have heard, we had a fire at our building that has forced us to close until repairs are complete. We're working daily to rebuild & make the restaurant even better. 


In the meantime, we can't wait to bring our famous smoked brisket mac & cheese to all the mac lovers at The Mac and Cheese Festival. We will be one of FIFTY delicious vendors at North America's largest food festival, June 8th-10th at Milton Fairgrounds.

After a month of the #RebuildingSaltlick campaign, your incredible generosity has raised over 60% of our goal. Your kind support has shared our campaign more than 100 times. We're not completely surprised because our friends & guests are the best, but we are extremely thankful & humbled by it. We're scheduled to reopen by the end of the month.

All our meats are prepared in house daily, seasoned with our 2 stage house blended rubs and Smoked in house with all natural charcoal and the finest local woods.

Please note, our menu changes daily but there will always be smoked pulled pork, back ribs, brisket & southern fried drumsticks.


At dinner we become a family-style sharing restaurant. As a table you agree on which meats and which sides you would like to share together.


The kitchen knows how many people are sitting at your table and scales the portions accordingly. We serve till we sell out or 9pm whichever comes first!
